Joining Our Slack Community Server

Joining our Community Slack server allows you to chat with other community members through channels, direct messages, and more. Follow the steps below to join our Slack server:

Step 2: Create a Slack Account (If You Don't Have One)​

If you don’t already have a Slack account, you’ll need to create one:

  1. After clicking the invitation link or the email invite button, you'll be redirected to a sign-up page.
  2. Enter your name, email, and create a password.
  3. Click Create Account.

If you already have a Slack account, you can use your existing credentials to log in.

Step 3: Join the Workspace​

After setting up your account or logging in:

  1. You’ll automatically be redirected to our Slack workspace. From here you can start conversating with community and staff members.

Step 4: Install Slack (Optional)​

You can access Slack through your web browser, but for a better experience, it’s recommended to install the Slack app on your devices.

Download Slack for:​

  • Desktop (Windows, Mac, or Linux):
  • Mobile (iOS or Android):
    • Find Slack in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Once installed, simply log in with your credentials, and you’ll be connected to your workspace.

Troubleshooting​

If you encounter any issues:

  • Invalid Link: If the invite link is expired or invalid, contact one of our staff members for a new invite.
  • Login Issues: Reset your password if you’re unable to log in via the Slack login page.
