How to request Account Deletion on Forum Promotion

If you wish to delete your account on Forum Promotion, you will need to contact an administrator. This guide will help you understand how to effectively reach out to administrators regarding account deletion.

Option 1: Locate the Contact Us Information​

  1. Look for our Contact Us link, it is found in the footer (bottom right corner) on Forum Promotion.

Option 1: Prepare your message​

  • Choose your subject: Use a clear and concise subject line such as "Account Deletion Request."
  • Request: Clearly state your request for account deletion. You can say something like, "I would like to delete my forum account for personal reasons."
  • Confirmation Request: Ask for confirmation once your account has been deleted.

Option 1: Send your message​

  1. Once you have created your message be sure to hit the Send Button.

Option 2: Locate the Direct Messages function on Forum Promotion​

  1. If you look in the top right corner, next to your name and profile picture, you will find the envelope icon.
  2. Please click the evelope icon, and select Send Direct Message.
  3. Select a recipient please be sure to select one of the administrators.

  1. Prepare your message body:
  • Choose your subject: Use a clear and concise subject line such as "Account Deletion Request."
  • Request: Clearly state your request for account deletion. You can say something like, "I would like to delete my forum account for personal reasons."

  1. Once you have created your message be sure to hit the Send Direct Message Button.

  1. Be sure to use the email that is associated with your Forum Promotion account if sending via email.
  2. Use [email protected] when making a request via email.
